Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 Business Days after payment is received, as stated on the current product pages.
If an order contains products with different processing times, the order will be processed according to the longest applicable processing time.
Estimated delivery times
Current delivery estimates shown in the Store are:
- Poland: typically 1–2 Business Days in transit;
- other supported EU countries: typically 3–7 Business Days in transit, depending on the destination country and the carrier.
These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and circumstances outside our control may affect actual delivery times.

Poland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Ireland, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Hungary.
Cyprus is not currently included.
Delivery methods
Available delivery methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. They may include:
- courier delivery to the address provided by the customer;
- Polish Post;
- InPost parcel locker delivery, where available;
- personal collection from the Seller’s business address, where this option is offered.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are displayed in the Store before the order is submitted and depend on the selected delivery method and destination.
