These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for purchasing products through the Online
Store, including the process of concluding distance contracts, the rights and obligations
of the Seller and the Buyer, as well as the rights granted to Consumers.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Civil Code – the Polish Civil Code of 23 April 1964.
Consumer – a natural person purchasing in the Store for purposes not directly related
to their business or professional activity.
Buyer – any entity purchasing or intending to purchase a product through the Store.
Privileged Buyer – a Consumer or a “quasi-consumer” (a natural person conducting
business activity but purchasing products not of a professional nature for them).
Regulations – these Terms & Conditions.
Store – the online store “Piotr Zylbert Music – Online Store” available at

Seller – Piotr Zylbert, operating a business under the name PIOTR ZYLBERT MUSIC,
registered in CEIDG, NIP: 7712556967, REGON: 528167731, address: Stodolna 76,
97-500 Radomsko, Poland.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Store, an internet-enabled device and a browser with JavaScript and cookies
enabled are required. An active e-mail account is also necessary.
§ 4 PURCHASING IN THE STORE
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices and include applicable VAT.
The Seller carries out sales to Consumers within the territory of the Republic of Poland as well as to
other countries of the European Union.

Until the statutory threshold for distance sales to other European Union countries is exceeded, VAT is
charged in accordance with Polish tax regulations.
§ 5 PAYMENTS
Available methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Przelewy24, Stripe.
Prepayments must be made within 7 Business Days.
Buyer consents to e-invoices (may withdraw).
§ 6 ORDER FULFILMENT
Fulfilment time shown in Store. Prepaid orders start after payment.
Countries where delivery is available:
– Poland
– European Union countries.
Methods: courier, Polish Post, InPost parcel lockers, personal collection.
§ 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Privileged Buyers may withdraw within 14 days. Seller refunds payments within 14
days. Product returned to Stodolna 76, 97-500 Radomsko, Poland.
§ 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Includes personalised goods, sealed audio/video unsealed after delivery, perishables,
etc.
§ 9 COMPLAINTS
Privileged Buyers covered under Consumer Rights Act. Complaints processed within 14
days.
§ 10 PERSONAL DATA
Data controller: Seller. Processing rules per Privacy Policy. Buyers have GDPR rights.
§ 11 FINAL PROVISIONS
Each order is a separate contract governed by Polish law. English version provided for
convenience.
